ABOUT THE RANGERS
THE WANGARATTA RANGERS
Located in the rural city of Wangaratta Victoria, were formed from a merger of the Saints and Dodgers baseball clubs.
Established in 2001 the “Rangers” have developed and grown into the largest club in the North Eastern Baseball Association (NEBA). In this time, the Rangers have been at the fore front of baseball development in north east Victoria. This has seen excellent growth in playing numbers along with the reestablishment of the junior baseball competition in 2018.
Wangaratta Rangers in this current 2025 baseball season have:
2 A grades
2 B grades
1 C grade
2 Under 15’s
2 Under 12’s
T-Ball come and try days.
SOFTBALL
In 2023, the Wangaratta Rangers proudly fielded a senior women’s, mixed Under 14’s, and mixed Under 12’s softball teams in the Softball Albury Wodonga League for the first time in 20 years. This milestone marks significant growth for our softball program, highlighting the club’s dedication to fostering participation and development across all levels and age groups, and laying a strong foundation for future success of Softball.
